Shipping Policy

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed within 1-30 business days after the order is placed excluding pre-order items. Estimate time-frames for pre-orders can be found on the product description.
  
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2-10 business days to arrive at their destination depending on the location.
• If you need to change the address on an order please reach out to us at coreyheimshop@gmail.com. Once a shipping label has been created we are unable to make any adjustments to your order.
  
• Shipping times listed under your shipping rate options do not mean the order will be to you in that number of days, it just means once the order is shipped the carrier estimates it will only take that number of days in transit to arrive to you.  
• We can not guarantee shipping times. 
• If your package is lost, stolen, or broken: visit your local post office or carrier website 30 days after the ship date for reimbursement if you have shipping insurance on that order. Once the package has left our facility and is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
